Your tasks

You are responsible for the check-in and check-out of our guests and look after them throughout their stay

You coordinate and process reservation requests and take care of administration in the PMS system

You support the preparation of offers and invoices

You are the contact person for guest concerns and take care of their wishes and questions with a smile
-
You actively support the cooperation between the front office and other departments
-
You ensure that everything runs smoothly at reception, take on administrative tasks and contribute to a high level of guest satisfaction

You are a passionate host and enjoy small talk with guests
FLAIR
You have very good manners and a feeling for the wishes of our guests
