Do you like to work responsibly, independently and with commitment? With us you can use your strengths independently. For our Webers - das Hotel im RUHRTURM managed by Signo Hospitality Gmbh we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as Convention Sales Manager (m/f/d).

We offer 19 event rooms for every occasion on over 2,000 m² - from 28 m² to 650 m².

Meetings, seminars, conferences and meetings or celebrations such as weddings, graduation balls or company parties can take place here. Flexible room layouts allow almost unlimited usage options for 2 to 800 people.

Your tasks
 

  • Responsibility for the optimal utilization and organization of our 19 event rooms with a capacity of up to 800 guests.

  • Management and motivation of a dedicated team as well as their professional development.

  • Developing and implementing innovative, sales-promoting strategies to maximize sales.

  • Supporting and maintaining existing customer relationships and actively acquiring new customers.

  • Calculation and preparation of room rentals, conference packages and event packages.

  • Responsibility for the preparation and implementation of offers, contracts and event plans.

  • Preparation of RFPs, forecasts, statistics and budgets for the event sector.

  • Close cooperation and coordination with the Sales, Reservations and F&B departments as well as with the hotel management.

  • Ensuring first-class guest satisfaction through professional and personal service.

  • Reporting and analyzing relevant key figures in order to continuously secure and expand success.
