For our Webers Hotel - the hotel in the Ruhrturm we are looking for you as soon as possible!

With your cordial nature, you ensure the positive first impression of our guests after their arrival and take care of all matters relating to their stay. This requires a lot of friendliness, patience and politeness and a positive, constructive way of dealing with people. 2 phones are ringing, 100 e-mails in the inbox and the line in front of the reception is not getting any shorter? Your motto is: keep smiling and keep calm?! Then we can't wait to get to know you.
 

In addition to guest contact, the telephone and the e-mail inbox are your daily companions. You answer guest questions, take reservations by phone and make sure that the magical “100” doesn’t even reach the inbox.

Your tasks
 

  • You support the sales management in their daily work

  • You help with the preparation and follow-up of appointments, events and other sales activities

  • You maintain sales-relevant customer master data in our PMS system

  • You look after our existing customers

  • You research potential new customers and identify contacts and contacts

  • You do phone acquisition

  • You document and manage contact details and information

  • You create offers and contracts with the help of our PMS system

  • You coordinate and manage the options and follow-ups of our group offers

  • You enrich us with your cooperation in customer service and in the sale of the hotel offer
