For our Webers Hotel - the hotel in the Ruhrturm we are looking for you as soon as possible!

Do you love to work responsibly, independently and with commitment? As a Reservations Agent (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our guests when it comes to reservations and ensure that everything runs smoothly with your organizational talent and service awareness.

Your tasks
 

  • Processing room and event reservations by phone, email or via booking platforms

  • Creating offers and contracts for individual guests, groups and event organizers

  • Maintaining and managing reservation data in our PMS system

  • Proactive advice and sale of additional services such as conference packages, event packages and arrangements

  • Supporting and tracking options and carrying out follow-ups

  • Communication and coordination with the Front Office, Convention Sales and F&B departments to ensure a smooth process

  • Ensuring compliance with standards and a high level of guest satisfaction

  • Support in the preparation of reports, forecasts and statistics
